Welcome to your journey of helping yourself and learning what the statement "health is in your own hands” truly means! This introductory course in Jin Shin Jyutsu teaches the basic principles and philosophy of the art, and will equip you with simple tools for releasing tension and stress, clearing trauma, harmonizing the digestive system, immune system, nervous system and more. This class will cover:
*Introduction to the Jumper Cable Energy, how to use your hands as “jumper cables” to optimize the harmonious flow of energy in the body
*The Trinity flows; our foundation: Main Central Vertical, Supervisors and Mediator
*Introduction to Safety Energy Locks, our body's innate system of harmonizing and maintaining balance
*Finger Facilitators, harmonizing body, mind and spirit with fingers
Class will include time for guided hands-on practice so be prepared to get comfortable and relaxed.
Tuesdays June 6, 13 & 20th, 7:30- 9 PM EST
Foundations of Jin Shin Jyutsu
This 8-week series provides a deeper study of the principles and philosophy of Jin Shin Jyutsu, with an emphasis on getting to know the "Safety Energy Locks" (SEL's), or vibrational centers, located along energy pathways of the body. This class will boost your confidence in learning to listen to the language of your body to understand how thoughts and emotions are directly connected to the physical body. You will come away feeling empowered with an array of self-care tools to support physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
Mondays June 26 - August 14, 2023 2:00-3:30 EST *prerequisite Intro self-care class
Jin Shin Jyutsu Mentorship Group
Join a small group of students and dive deeper into living the art of JSJ. This program will review foundational principles, explore special topics, and address questions and personal health projects while incorporating practical application for daily life. Ongoing study with a community to practice with is a wonderful way to support self-awareness and wellbeing.
