Somatic Self-Care for Stress Relief & Resilience
An introduction to the harmonizing art of Jin Shin Jyutsu 
for therapists, healthcare workers or anyone in a helping role 


 If you are someone in a helping role looking to expand your repertoire of empowering self-care tools for yourself,
your clients or loved ones, join me for this upcoming series!


 Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient art which utilizes breath, gentle touch and compassionate awareness to reduce stress, regulate emotions, support mental clarity and enhance vitality. This class series will introduce the idea of energy systems, deepen your understanding of the body’s innate healing wisdom, and empower you with accessible tools for helping yourself and your clients. We will explore:
*The Breath as the foundation of well-being
*How emotional and mental states are reflected in the body

* Safety Energy Locks: the body's innate system of maintaining balance
*Finger Facilitators: harmonizing body, mind and spirit with finger mudras
Class will include time for guided hands-on practice so be prepared to get comfortable and relaxed.
