An Introduction to Jin Shin Jyutsu and Your Body's Innate Healing Wisdom
We each have the power to harmonize ourselves with breath, touch and awareness. This introductory course will help you to understand the language and wisdom of your body and equip you with simple tools for releasing tension and stress, harmonizing digestion, boosting the immune system, balancing the nervous system and more. You will learn to connect the dots within your personal microcosm in order to identify the causes of disharmony, release old patterns, and grow into greater awareness, harmony, health, and self-love. This class will also cover the history, philosophy and terminology of Jin Shin Jyutsu as well as:
*Introduction to the Jumper Cable Energy, how to use your hands as “jumper cables” to optimize the harmonious flow of energy in the body
*The Trinity flows; our foundation: Main Central Vertical Universal Harmonizing Flow, Supervisors and Mediator
*Introduction to Safety Energy Locks, our body's innate system of harmonizing and maintaining balance
*Finger Facilitators, harmonizing body, mind and spirit with finger mudras
Class will include time for guided hands-on practice so be prepared to get comfortable and relaxed.

Your Body's Healing Wisdom : A 10 week Self-Care Journey with the Art of Jin Shin Jyutsu
We are in the age of Aquarius which invites us into the wisdom of collective consciousness. I believe we are able to grow and heal in exponential ways when we join forces with others on the path. This course invites you on a journey of self-awareness and healing as you uncover the language and innate wisdom of your own body.within a supportive community. You will come to understand on a somatic level the meaning of "your health is in your own hands", as we explore a variety of simple practices for releasing stress and trauma, balancing emotions, and boosting vitality and health.
There will be a deep exploration into the foundational principles of Jin Shin Jyutsu, the 26 dynamic “Safety Energy Locks”, and the concepts of the Depths within the body. We will also introduce the 12 organ flows as harmonizers and explore the elements and their relationship to both disharmony and wellbeing. You'll learn practices for harmonizing all three levels of your being: the physical, mental and emotional bodies.
You'll come away from this course with greater awareness of your body's innate healing intelligence, an understanding of the connections between your own heart, mind and physical body and resources to support your ongoing wellness and resilience.

Jin Shin Jyutsu Mentorship Group
Join a small group of students and dive deeper into living the art of JSJ. This program will review foundational principles, explore special topics, and address questions and personal health projects while incorporating practical application for daily life. Ongoing study with a community to practice with is a wonderful way to support self-awareness and wellbeing.
