Your Ancestral Brilliance:
An Introduction to Energy Medicine and Your Body's Innate Healing Wisdom
We each have the power to harmonize ourselves with breath, touch and awareness. This introductory course will help you to understand the language and wisdom of your body and equip you with simple tools for releasing tension and stress, harmonizing digestion, boosting the immune system, balancing the nervous system and more. You will learn to connect the dots within your personal microcosm in order to identify the causes of disharmony, release old patterns, and grow into greater awareness, harmony, health, and self-love. This class will also cover the history, philosophy and terminology of Jin Shin Jyutsu as well as:
*Introduction to the Jumper Cable Energy, how to use your hands as “jumper cables” to optimize the harmonious flow of energy in the body
*The Trinity flows; our foundation: Main Central Vertical Universal Harmonizing Flow, Supervisors and Mediator
*Introduction to Safety Energy Locks, our body's innate system of harmonizing and maintaining balance
*Finger Facilitators, harmonizing body, mind and spirit with finger mudras
Class will include time for guided hands-on practice so be prepared to get comfortable and relaxed.

A Harmonized Central Nervous System is Your Greatest Superpower
Co-Taught by Beth Lendrum & Jenny Swiecicki
We each have the power to harmonize ourselves utilizing breath, touch and awareness. This series will focus on ways to work with Jin Shin Jyutsu flows and quickies to strengthen, fine-tune and rejuvenate the central nervous system, increasing your body's resilience, your mental faculties and your intuitive intelligence. Your central nervous system has the potential to be your greatest superpower!
We will explore the connections between mental/emotional patterns and the limbic system, and work with simple practices to release stress and trauma and rewire our brains with new, healthy patterns. We will also look at the connecton between the central nervous system and both the endocrine and immune systems.
Tuesdays October 10, 24 & November 7, 7-8:30 PM EST
Jin Shin Jyutsu Mentorship Group
Join a small group of students and dive deeper into living the art of JSJ. This program will review foundational principles, explore special topics, and address questions and personal health projects while incorporating practical application for daily life. Ongoing study with a community to practice with is a wonderful way to support self-awareness and wellbeing.
