This class will explore:
- The power of breath to calm the body and mind
- How thoughts and emotions can show up in the body—and how to support them
- Simple touch points (called “Safety Energy Locks”) to restore balance
- Finger holds (or “mudras”) to harmonize energy, mood, immunity, and more!
